STAGE 3 WATER RESTRICTIONS

In a News Release issued today, the CVRD announced that at 12:00 am on Friday, July 16th, we are moving to Stage 3 water restrictions. Under Stage 3 restrictions, the use of sprinklers is not permitted, nor is the washing of vehicles and homes, or the filling of pools and hot tubs. Hand watering of trees, shrubs and gardens may be done for a maximum of two hours per day, between the hours of 7-9 a.m. or 7-9 p.m. The use of micro or drip-irrigation systems are permitted anytime for a maximum of four hours per day.
